MEET THE STAFF

Dr. Urling is a native of Waterbury, Connecticut. After graduating from Holy Cross High School in 1975, he completed his 4 year undergraduate college program at the University of Syracuse, graduating with a B.S. in Chemistry in 1979. He then attended  Temple University School of Dentistry and received his dental degree (Doctor of Dental Surgery; D.D.S.) in May of 1983. After graduation, he received his postdoctoral specialty training in Periodontology  from the Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry at Boston University in May of 1985. From  1985 to 1989, he practiced periodontics in a group practice in Brookline Massachusetts, before returning to Waterbury and opening his own private practice Limited to Periodontics and Dental Implants in January of 1989.

Currently, Dr. Urling is a member of the Dental Society of Greater Waterbury, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy of Periodontology. He maintains active licenses to practice dentistry in the states of Connecticut and Florida.
